Shipping policy

We ship most weekdays, depending on the volume of orders and timing in which the orders are received. Most orders are shipping within 2 business days.

Packages are sent USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package) and should be received within 3-8 days of ship date. Tracking is provided and should be researched before contacting the shop to request status. If your package states it's been delivered but you do not have it, you need to contact your postal carrier or local post office for more information. We are unable to trace a package after it is marked delivered.
